The elite resort complex Sioni Lake Resort & Spa includes five apartment hotels, featuring luxurious, art, and modern studio apartments. The design was created by the Spanish company Chapman Taylor Madrid studio. The construction utilizes energy-efficient, eco-friendly Ytong blocks, decorative wooden panels, decorative plaster, and glass railings, giving the exterior a distinctive character.
The apartments are fully renovated and furnished, equipped with modern appliances. Guests and apartment owners will have access to the comprehensive infrastructure of the Sioni Lake Resort & Spa by Archi complex, which includes: 2,500 sq. m. of indoor and outdoor pools; a water park and a winter outdoor hot pool; a 3,000 sq. m. spa, wellness center, and fitness room; a banquet hall for 550 people, conference rooms, and a terrace; five restaurants, a bar, a lounge, and cafes; an outdoor cinema and amphitheater; a children’s entertainment area; a winter garden; a helipad; a 3 km boulevard along the lake with walking and cycling paths; tennis, basketball, and football fields; padel courts; a fishing area; and a zip line.
